How many images will we receive?
You'll receive a beautifully edited online gallery showcasing all the best moments from your session. Your session includes 10 professionally edited images to download and keep.
If choosing favourites feels impossible (and it often does!), you'll have the option to purchase additional images or upgrade to your full gallery. You can find all the details on the Pricing page.
How should we dress for our session?
The best outfits are comfortable, timeless and feel like you. Rather than matching exactly, choose a colour palette with complementary tones and mis textures such as linen, knits or cotton for a relaxed, natural look.
I recommend avoiding large logos, bright neon colours and busy patterns that can distract from the connection and emotion in your images.
Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in. If you're relaxed, it will shine through in your final photos. If you're looking for inspiration, Pinterest is a wonderful place to start.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
The ideal time for a newborn session is within the first two to three weeks after birth. During this stage, babies are often sleepier, curl naturally into womb-like poses and still have the newborn scrunch that disappears all too quickly.
These early days are also perfect for capturing all of those tiny details you'll never want to forget.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather isn't on our side, we'll simply reschedule your session to another date, or move indoors.
I want you to have beautiful images and a relaxed experience, we will always prioritise conditions that allows us to create the best possible photographs.
For everyone's safety, outdoor sessions will not proceed during storms or when lightning is present.
Can we include grandparents, siblings or pets?
Absolutely! Families comes in all shapes and sizes, and I love capturing the special connections between generations (and four-legged family too!).
If you'd like to include a larger group, please get in touch before booking, as additional time may be needed to ensure everyone is photographed comfortably.
Pets are always welcome but must comply with local laws and venue requirements, including being kept on a leash where required.
When will we receive our gallery?
Your complete, professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session. You'll receive a private online gallery where you can view your images and select your favourites.
